The 14-day rule

If you're within 14 days of a charge and the app isn't what you needed, email [email protected] with your store domain. We refund that charge in full. You don't have to say why, and we won't ask twice.

This applies to monthly and annual charges alike, and to every plan. It applies to your first charge and to renewals — a renewal you didn't want is exactly the kind of thing this policy is for.

Beyond 14 days

After 14 days we don't refund by default, because the plan has been used. Two exceptions, and we apply them without argument:

The engine didn't do what we said it does.

If a documented behaviour was broken and you were paying for it, we refund the affected period — not just the day you noticed.

We terminated your account without cause.

Any prepaid unused period comes back to you, prorated to the day.

Uninstalling mid-period

Billing is handled by Shopify, and Shopify prorates the current period when you uninstall — you're charged only for the days you had the app. That happens automatically, without a refund request.

Annual plans are the exception: proration on an annual charge isn't automatic. Email us and we'll refund the unused months.

How it's paid back

MethodCredit against your Shopify invoice, through Shopify’s billing API
Our turnaroundSubmitted within one business day of your email
Time to appear5–10 business days, depending on Shopify and your bank
CurrencyThe currency Shopify charged you in, at the original amount
TaxesRefunded proportionally where Shopify collected them

We can't refund to a different card or account than the one Shopify charged — the money goes back the way it came.

What a refund doesn't do

Refunding a charge doesn't uninstall the app or cancel your plan — those are separate actions in your Shopify admin, and we won't do them on your behalf without being asked.

A refund also doesn't reverse discounts already applied to customer orders. Those are real transactions on your store, and only you can decide what to do about them.

If we say no

You'll get a reason, in writing, from one of the two people who run the company — not a policy quotation. If you think we've got it wrong, reply and say so; we'd rather refund a borderline case than argue about a monthly subscription.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights where they apply to you.
